Privacy policy
The short version: this is a marketing website. We collect only what you choose to send us through a form, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, your message, and whether you asked to receive our newsletter. If you complete the questionnaire on our home page we collect your answers along with the contact details you provide. We do not ask for payment details or any sensitive personal information through this site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, arrange a call, and scope work. If you opt in to the newsletter we will also send occasional updates, and you can ask to stop at any time. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Client systems and data
During a client engagement we only access the tools and data you grant us access to, and we use that access solely to carry out the work we have agreed. Those terms are set out in our contract with you, which takes precedence over this page.
Service providers
This website is hosted and published on Framer, which also processes form submissions and provides aggregated, visitor-level site analytics. We use email to correspond with you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to an ongoing or potential working relationship, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. Email us and we will take care of it.
